Order Cancellation

- If your order is eligible for cancellation, the “Cancel Order” button will reflect in the window from where you can initiate order cancellation. Order Status will be notified via Email/SMS/WhatsApp
- Order cancellations are only permitted before items are packaged for shipping. Requests for cancellation after dispatch will not be accepted.
- You can cancel your order online by sending us an order cancellation request or by calling our customer support
- In case the canceled order was placed on EMI, the customer should contact their issuer bank. Any interest or Closure fees assessed on EMI cancellation will not be borne by Wiscon.
- Any canceled order placed with a discount, cash back, exchange, or any other offer is only eligible for the benefit of that offer on a new transaction after successfully processing the refund. The new transaction must comply with all offer conditions to be eligible for offer benefits again.
- If a canceled order is still delivered, please request a return within 24 hours at the Wiscon website support section. Return will only be accepted if the product is unpacked, uninstalled, and unused with Brand Seal intact.
- Once Wiscon initiates the refund process, it could take 7–10 days for the credit to reflect in your account.
